Sophie Maxwell to speak at TEDxEcoleHôtelièreLausanne.

Sophie Maxwell, Insight Director at Pearlfisher will join a host of exciting and diverse speakers at the first TEDxEcoleHôtelièreLausanne event in Switzerland, presenting “ideas worth spreading” on the future visual aesthetic of taste.
 
This exciting event will present a number of “ideas worth spreading” drawing from disciplines including neuroinformatics, flavor science and green design – to name just a few.  Sophie will be presenting a vision of how we will appreciate taste cues in the future.
 
In anticipation of the event, Sophie say’s “It is fantastic to have the opportunity to present our ideas on the future of taste in the exciting TED format. How food and drink brands will present themselves through design in the future will have a huge impact in the world of hospitality.”
 
TEDxEcoleHôtelièreLausanne will take place on January 16th 2012 and is an invitation only event. The event will use TED’s celebrated format of short, carefully prepared live talks combined with TEDtalks videos from TED.com.
