Drawing on our natural affinity for premium spirits, we created a brand strategy, brand identity and packaging design that put The Ardmore single malt whisky well and truly on the map.

With rapidly growing connoisseurship of single malt whisky, The Ardmore needed a rebrand to attract a growing, diverse audience looking for something special.

Once Pearlfisher Strategy had identified this challenger whisky’s unique location as pivotal to its brand expression, Pearlfisher Design then used its deep relationship with nature to hero the distillery’s local icon - the white-tailed sea eagle – and use it as a key equity. The distillery itself was boldly picked out on the illustrated map to unify the liquid with its location, reinforcing the natural, individual and innovative nature of the blend.

The Ardmore is the perfect example of design telling a story in a unique way to emphasise the iconic specialness of the brand.
