We’re thrilled to announce that Alice Gilsenan, co-founder and Marketing Director at Tiny Leaf, will be speaking at Taste Mode 2016: How to Create the Food and Drink Brands of the Future, an exclusive event to mark the launch of Pearlfisher Futures’ latest insight report. Alice joins an influential line up including the ex-Marketing Director of Pret-a-Manger and mind behind Veggie Pret, and the founder of the world’s first non-alcoholic spirit, Seedlip.
Having started life as a pop up in Notting Hill, Tiny Leaf is London’s first organic, vegetarian and completely waste-free restaurant that turns surplus food donated by local food suppliers into gourmet dishes. Before bringing the concept to life, Alice led campaigns for some of the UK’s biggest food brands in some of London’s most celebrated marketing agencies.
