We’re excited to announce that our creation for Fémme, a revolutionary tampon brand that is transforming the feminine care category in China, has won ‘Best in Packaging’ and ‘Best in Show’ at the 2017 Design Week Awards!
Stigmatised by cultural taboo, tampons have historically been used by no more than 2% of women in China. Rooted in the mission of empowering “the woman within”, our designs for Fémme inject confidence and positivity into the traditionally apologetic category, educate women and society at large about tampons and elevate the product from basic pharma to high-end lifestyle. We feel privileged to have been able to harness the power of branding and design to uproot engrained misconceptions and drive real behavioural change; the kind that modern, ambitious Chinese women have been waiting for.
Now in its 26th year, the Design Week Awards are a leading accolade in the design industry, catering for every area of commercial design from branding to digital, interiors to products, and beyond. Well done team!
