To launch its latest investigative insight report, Pearlfisher Futures will present the key changes affecting the food and drink sectors in New York City on October 27th, at Taste Mode 2016: How to Create the Food and Drink Brands of the Future. We’re thrilled to announce that Creative Director at Maple, Greg Hathaway, will be a keynote speaker at the event.
Greg leads the brand efforts at Maple, a new food concept that combines New York’s best chefs with high-quality ingredients and rotating daily menus, all delivered straight to homes and offices with the tap of an app. Greg’s responsibilities touch everything from advertising to packaging design and digital product. Before starting at Maple in early 2015, Greg was an assistant creative director at MoMA, in the Museum’s department of advertising and graphic design. We’re thrilled to hear him discuss how Maple is driving the shift towards ‘accelerated convenience’ at Taste Mode 2016.
