Our Design Director, Kitman Leung, is one of the design leaders selected to mentor the current class of New Blood Shift students.

Only 39% of New York State public high school students successfully complete college. For many students, the lack of resources and the responsibilities of supporting themselves and their families make it incredibly difficult to pursue secondary education.

New Blood Shift sets out to break this cycle by providing a solid foundation over an intensive four-month night school to help prepare the students to enter a creative agency with confidence. Mentors are a vital part of the New Blood Shift curriculum, complementing the in-depth learning program.

With a keen design aesthetic and her background in fine art, Kitman brings a fresh perspective to her work. Oui by Yoplait, Elaluz and Consider Pastures are amongst the brands Kitman has recently helped develop.
