We’re thrilled to announce that Mark Palmer, ex-Marketing Director of Pret-A-Manger, is confirmed to speak at Pearlfisher Futures’ London event, Taste Mode 2016: How to Create the Food and Drink Brands of the Future. Mark joins an influential speaker lineup including founder of the world’s first non-alcoholic spirit, Seedlip, and co-founder and Marketing Director of London’s first zero-waste restaurant, Tiny Leaf.
As Group Marketing Director, Mark Palmer used to head up Pret-A-Manger marketing efforts and digital, in-store and CSR strategies. Most recently he helped spearhead Pret’s genius move, driving inspirational change for health with the revolutionary launch of Veggie Pret. Mark has a long history of working with brands: he co-founded incredibly successful juice brand, Cawston Press, while his previous at Green & Black’s saw him oversee its sale to Cadbury.
