We’re proud to announce that our brand and packaging redesign of the household cleaning icon, E-Cloth, has earned a Wood Pencil – representing the best of the year in design – at the 2021 D&AD Awards.
Cutting through the jargon of a crowded category to underline the simplicity and purpose of the brand’s microfiber cleaning cloths, our design expression comes to life as a bold and distinctive range of packaging formats. The rebrand aims to put the ‘E’ back into E-Cloth, with an ownable language that defines and spells out E-Cloth’s many and varied qualities – easy, efficient, enduring and environmental.
Pearlfisher Partner, Design & Experience, David Jenkinson, said, “Being awarded a D&AD Pencil is one of the most sought-after recognitions in the design and creative industry, marking the pinnacle of a designer’s career or an agency’s achievement. It also pays testament to a valued partnership with a client for creating the very best design solution to achieve their goals. Helping the team at E-Cloth bring their vision to life to be today’s most purposeful and go-to cleaning brand has been so rewarding – and we’re proud to see the work recognised by one of the industry’s greats.”
Congratulations to our friends at E-Cloth and to the Pearlfisher team for this award-winning redesign!
