Interflora came to us with a new product idea: a range of botanically infused light beers inspired by the sights and tastes of the Danish wilderness. Our task for Heatherhill was to tell that story and to make the unique flavours and distinctive atmosphere of Denmark's, North Zealand come to life on and off the bottle. To emphasise the botanic elements, we crafted bold graphics inspired by the character of each ingredient, expressing their taste and role in the ecosystem through different typography and illustrations.
That brought us to our impact on the environment, which we strongly felt should be as little as possible. With a cash-back bottle return scheme and no sticky labels on the glass, the bottles are infinitely reusable and their hand-applied brown paper labels easily recyclable. The final brand identity has the high hills, the low ABV, the bold flavours and the fragile beauty, all wrapped into one.
