Every aspect of the new brand identity and dynamic design for the Takamaka Seychelles range builds on the foundation of our creative idea, 'The Undiscovered’ – signifying the unique, and undiscovered flavours of the island. Inspired by the Seychelles national flag, the brand identity is rooted in the country's provenance and mirrors Takamaka's brand values of optimism, resourcefulness and bringing people together.
The five facets of the Seychelles flag become specific segments used across the brand’s communication touchpoints and packaging design. Each segment symbolises the vibrant, dynamic and creole character of the islands and acts as a talking point between customers and bartenders. The different segments portray tropical colours and bespoke illustrations by artists from the islands and personal stories shared by the grandfather of Takamaka’s founders’ about his life in the Seychelles.
