The Clock

When you don’t have the luxury of time to exercise, how do you stay fit?

The Clock elevates exercise from the sapless world of sweatbox gyms to set a revolutionary new standard in the world of exercise design with just a 15-minute workout.

The Clock

Working with respected nutritionist and personal trainer, Zana Morris, our challenge was to design both a piece of proprietary exercise equipment and a physical wellness space to represent Zana’s ‘intelligent exercise’ philosophy and reinvent the idea of just what a gym can offer.

Pearlfisher’s creation of The Clock brand is inspired by the idea of giving people back one of today’s most precious resources: time. Everything from strategy to structural, industrial, environmental, interior and communications design is rooted in the brand idea of ‘turning back the clock.’

The Clock is a private member’s club, overthrowing the traditional idea of the gym to offer a holistic health space nurturing physical, emotional and mental wellbeing, with everything from a personal chef to boxing classes in a wood-paneled library. The Clock’s exercise program is designed around a single, revolutionary piece of exercise equipment: the Time Piece. Fashioned entirely from steel, chrome and aluminum, each Time Piece machine is comprised of 4 different weight-bearing stations– a true feat of industrial engineering that combines over 150 HIT and strength-training exercises. The Clock is setting a revolutionary new standard in the world of exercise design and a time efficient workout in an inspirational space fueled by community and bridging the gaps between exercise, entertainment, relaxation and social engagement.
