Our approach to the design of The Famous One aims to appeal to existing Grouse drinkers as well as the next generation of younger whisky drinkers who are looking to broaden their whisky repertoire.
Reflecting this in the design expression we used bold typography, crafted elements and strong colours to communicate the brand’s confident character. The name halo’s the mother brand but denotes its special nature and the idea of everyone united together through ‘one’ spirit.
More contemporary details such as a newly etched Grouse icon in the roundel becomes a dynamic and stand-alone asset with the torn label depicting the blend’s more rough and ready nature.
