By driving a new cultural shift, Zizzi has moved the take-away experience from ‘food in a box’ to the idea and manifestation of the best ‘social night in’.

Zizzi was looking to reinforce its presence, and capitalise on the increasing consumer desire for convenience, by developing and advancing its takeaway offering.

Each Zizzi restaurant has a uniquely eclectic personality of its own but what unites them is their facilitation of a good time. We looked to elevate Zizzi’s takeaway offering from an expected extension of the restaurant to a meaningful manifestation – and continuation – of the brand experience.

Working with Zizzi's test chefs, we designed a revolutionary family of pack formats that solve numerous functional and business problems whilst bringing the dynamism, tactility and charisma of the Zizzi restaurant experience into the home. To mirror the abundance and diversity of a restaurant table in one’s very own dining room, each element was designed with both modularity and multiple usage in mind: pizza boxes become sharing platters and side containers fold out into mini-tables, but everything fits together perfectly to conserve space in delivery and, above all, work seamlessly together to replicate the sharing nature of the Zizzi’s brand and its menu.
