Working in close collaboration with the Target creative team, we set out on the monumental challenge of redesigning this vast and beloved range by developing a visual system that elevates and modernizes the product line, while simultaneously flexing seamlessly across each of the 100 categories.
With a bold but considered and retro feel, the new design system for Market Pantry is eye-catching, clear and flexible, allowing each product to be celebrated individually. The design maintains and enhances Market Pantry’s core color combination of red and white with typography that plays an essential role in maintaining uniformity. A bold photography style, almost always shot from the top down, highlights the quality of the products. The result is an expressive and flexible private label brand that consumers can feel proud to display in their home.
