Pearlfisher is thrilled to announce the promotion of five new partners within its London studio. This is part of a wider leadership restructure that sees the original founding partners, Mike Branson and Jonathan Ford stepping into group leadership roles. This restructure will lead the London business into an exciting next phase of growth, harnessing the wealth of experience and expertise of the agency’s new partners.

Chief Strategy Officer, Yael Alaton, has been promoted to Partner, Vision & Strategy. In her new role, Yael is responsible for driving the Pearlfisher brand as a visionary creative company of exceptional talent and ideas that create inspirational design for our changing lives.

Creative Director, David Jenkinson, steps into the position of Partner, Design & Experience. As the guardian of creative standards in London, David will continue to elevate the Pearlfisher position as an agency of the future; one that is agile and responsive to client needs and increasingly diverse in creative output.

Global Futures Director, Sophie Maxwell, assumes the role of Partner, Futures & Insight. Sophie will maximise the impact of Pearlfisher Futures, keeping the business at the cutting edge of change, and opening up the opportunities this creates for clients to define their future success.

Business Development Director, Nic Robson, moves into a new role as Partner, Growth & Development, managing how the business faces new opportunities and thrives in different sectors.

Strategic Development Director, Jack Hart, now becomes Partner, Strategy & Development, nurturing Pearlfisher’s client base by maintaining, strengthening and broadening partnerships to support the creation of great commercial and creative work.

Jonathan Ford, Pearlfisher Founding Partner & Group Creative Director, commented on the restructure, “Reporting into Mike Branson and myself, our new London Pearlfisher partners will empower, inspire and set the pace of the London studio. I’m looking forward to what the future holds for Pearlfisher and have full faith in the creative, strategic and future thinking expertise of our new partners, a leadership team that have already proven to be absolutely crucial and instrumental to the development of our teams and the growth and reputation of the Pearlfisher business.”

Yael Alaton, Pearlfisher Partner, Vision & Strategy, added “The evolution of Pearlfisher has always been about setting our own path and doing things on our own terms. The move to the partnership structure is a bold step that reflects the founding partners’ vision for the future and progressive approach to next generation leadership. This is what I have always experienced through my 15 years at Pearlfisher; and I am honoured to be given the responsibility to drive our London studio forward with my fellow partners and our amazing Pearlfisher team.”
